Jolly Cooperative Solaire of Astora. Keeping the Meta level of 120 was not a huge priority since this is not a PvP based build, but rather one meant to help into NG+. Just enough attunement was given to allow two spells, but not spam them a great deal, as this is not something that the original Solaire did much in my experience. You have enough to use every once in a while. The sunlight Straight Sword is a quality weapon, requiring an equal amount in both STR and DEX to use effectively. Stat values and rings can be tweaked if desired.
