there is probably a prefered soul level meta that I have somehow violated but I don't care because soul memory is a thing. This uses the best dex weapons and has a large Hp pool so instead of getting hit 4 times and dieing you get hit 5 whole times and rarely worry about chaos blade chip damage, not that it is very much anyways.
