Notes from author
Justifications:
1) Dark Wood Grain Ring - Richter Belmont can backflip like a champion.
2) Brigand Armor - Is the most vaguely similar you'll get to a Simon Belmont look, or maybe substitute for Hard Leather or Wanderer?
3) Offhand Dagger - A few Belmonts have a belt-dagger in their art, and since it can hurt ghosts the Ghost Dagger is an undead-slaying dagger.
Rules:
1) No weapon types that haven't either been used by a Belmont in an official game, or seen on a Belmont's person in official art.
2) No pyromancies, that's clearly Dracula fire and not holy fire.
3) Weapons may not be infused with (or naturally have) Fire, Chaos or Occult as that is, again, clearly Dracula magic. The single exception is a Fire Whip to be made before killing Vamos.
4) No sprinting except for when jumping is necessary. A true Belmont only moves by strutting and backflipping everywhere.
5) Adhere to Lawful Good (Lawful Stupid) alignment decisions. Side with Frampt, link the fire, answer questions honestly and slay evil or questionable NPCs.
5A) Stay true to the gods! Harm not Gwynevere or Gwyndolin!
5B) Vamos is a skeleton and as such must be slain.
5C) The Undead Merchants are zombies and as such must be slain.
6) Avoid being Hollow whenever possible. A hollow Belmont must embark on a Simon's Quest to restore their humanity whenever they die.
