This build is focused on balance and the use of some of the more prominent tools in the game. It's primary focus is to allow use of the best weapons and tools, without leaving the player totally helpless. The high blood tinge allows the player to use Evelyn effectively, as until 30 bloodtinge it is outdamaged by the hunter's pistol. Arcane is 40 for the use of a call beyond, obviously. Although it's not that important, arcane also increases rare drop chances and allows use of some of the extremely helpful tools, such as the tiny tonirous.
